Beginning March 1st and ending March 31st, Garfield School is hosting a Read-A-Thon!
Like last year, we are working with the website 99pledges.com to streamline tracking of your student’s reading and pledges. If you would like to set up an account, we would be happy to create an account for you! You may also choose to set one up yourself for your student here.
If you prefer not to use the online platform, you will find all of the documentation and printouts below, including a printable reading log. We are very excited for this month-long event, encouraging a love of reading and support for our school!
Books and Bagels
To kick off this fun event and in celebration of our school-wide Read-A-Thon beginning, we will host the 3rd annual Books & Bagels on Friday, March 1st from 8:30-9:30 am.
Please join us for bagels, accompanying toppings, coffee, juice and a student book exchange! Book donations for the student book exchange can be dropped off in the office where each classroom has a designated donation box.
